Local PDFs and self-contained report links are the available sharing path today. Hosted packet links, PIN receipts, open tracking, revocation, and email delivery use secure sign-in and sharing.

Self-contained report links can be copied from the device for manual sharing without claiming cloud receipt tracking.

When cloud services are live, hosted links can expire, be revoked, and optionally record opens and typed receipt names.
You choose when to send
Email and SMS open the device share sheet. FieldOS does not auto-send customer messages.
